* It was such a pleasure to meet Caleb. He is so very nice and polite. And most importantly, he did a fantastic job. He also warned against using bleach in toilets. We had no idea! Just wanted the company to know what a great job he did.
* We are in the process of remodeling our bathroom which included concrete work to make a shower drain and the who plumbing in the walls required to be updated for the vanity and tub. 10:00AM - on the dot! Takes a look, says he can have it all replaced today.
12:55 PM - Old heater hauled off, new heater in place, site cleaned up. Water is flowing. Marshall rides off into the sunset. (Oh wait, it's only a little past noon!)
Absolutely outstanding work and customer service. He'll be my go-to from now on.
